Even with clients who have low credit scores, we work hard to get you into your new home. As we work with credit counselors, to help with credit issues. Most clients can get into a home using a USDA loan with little to nothing down, you can roll your closing cost right into the loan. With credit scores 620 or above and income of $75,000 or less. Whatever your specific needs, we will work with you. Many types of loans are available for every buyer!

We know how frustrating it can be working with someone who doesn’t fight for your position.  When we represent you, we fight for you.  We negotiate hard for you.  We ensure your interests are protected.  Our decades of experience helping buyers and sellers has refined our negotiating skills which helps ensure that you get the best possible price when you sell your home, and the best possible price when you buy your home.

6. We have related skills in addition to real estate.

In addition to our experience in real estate, we have skills in rehabilitating old tired looking homes to make them new again. We have 30 years experience in construction and know most of the tradesmen located in our community. You will be hard pressed to find another realtor who posses such a high level, and wide range of related skills and knowledge.

7. We don’t just talk the talk, we walk the walk.

We live in a close knit community.  We’ve personally bought and sold, or built, many homes in Citrus County over the years.  We’ve raised our families here.  We personally know many people in our community who live here.  We know about the HOAs and CCRs.  We know the day to day life within these communities.  Our personal knowledge can be invaluable during your transaction.
